It’s here at last! According to all those in the know 2010 is the year when the recovery really gets under way.
Property prices are already increasing. Reports show an increase of 2% in 2010 and it’s only the 6th of January!
Shops are reporting record sales (john Lewis £½ billion sales for Christmas and the new year).
Thousand of people make New Year resolutions that only last a blink of an eye.
Why?
Because they set their targets to high and expect to change their normal behavior patterns overnight.
Fact; it takes at least 3 months to change a habit
So how can you be different?
Set achievable goals that are realistic do some sensible planning and get the right guidance.
