What makes a good guest speaker?

They say you only get one chance to make a good first impression, to me a good speaker grabs your attention in the first few minutes of his talk.

It’s important that they are knowledgeable on their chosen subject and are engaging in their personality at the Oxford Property Network we endeavour to choose speakers who have exactly these qualities.

The very best speakers interact with their audience and recognize what is important to their attendees and subsequently address the subjects raised with confidence.

Tell us about your experiences good or bad.

Who has really engaged you?

Who wouldn’t you go to see again?

Property Networking Events

Are you an active property investor, do you attended Property networking events, do you speak to at least 5 people you have never spoken to before?

Before I set up Oxford Property Networking , I attended and still do attend business and property networking events.

I wonder how many of you realize what an excellent opportunity you have when you attend these events, not only can you expand your knowledge and broaden your contacts but you might just be passing up an opportunity to increase your income.

I have strong associations with a few companies who pay me for referring people to them.

Whilst I’m at the events I collect as many new contacts as I can, mainly by collecting business cards, I make a note on the back of each card as a reminder of our conversation and ask that person if they mind me getting in contact with them at a future date.

If you have any good tips for networking events why not share them here.

If you would like to know more about earning an income from the events please contact me.
